Max Payne 3 finds Max older, exhausted, and working private security for a wealthy family in São Paulo. A kidnapping case pulls him into a violent web of corruption, organized crime, and personal failure, forcing him to confront the damage he has carried for years. The game keeps the series’ signature bullet-time gunplay while giving it a harsher, more physical modern style.
