Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories returns to Vice City in 1984, before Tommy Vercetti’s arrival. Victor Vance starts as a soldier trying to support his family, but corruption and bad luck push him into the city’s criminal economy. The game frames Vice City’s neon rise through empire building, drug trade conflicts, and the personal cost of trying to stay honorable in a dirty business.
